The Rum Tum Tugger is a playful prankster that the female cats find extremely attractive, and who enjoys being the centre of attention.
Rum Tum Tugger' costume is very strange, he has a brown mane which makes him look like a lion, he has a bit of leopard spots on his chest and wrists, he binds a tigher-kind cloth to his left leg, then most parts of the rest of the costume are black, also he has a silver belt which he likes to put his hand on. He doesn't wear the mane as he first shows up, just like Skimbleshanks doesn't wear his vest until he sings his song.
Many kittens like him, especially Etcetera. He is extremely unfriendly to Grizabella, he hates her so much that he doesn't seem to accept her at last.
Rum Tum Tugger is a role as important as Munkustrap since he sings 2.5 songs (Rum Tum Tugger, Old Deuteronomy and Mr.Mistoffelees). He is a special cat to Old Deuteronomy, and he respects Old Deuteronomy very much, which is rare because he is very proud, maybe he is his second eldest son (Munkustrap should be the eldest).
He seems to be very close to Bombalurina, and his good friends are some female kittens(his fans) and Mistoffelees.
Do you think Rum Tum Tugger( John Partridge) doesn't look very friendly? No offense, I like him too, just a feeling about him, well, I rarely see him smile in the video. Do you want to see another Rum Tum Tugger who looks extremely friendly? This way.
