Skimbleshanks, the Railway Cat, a friendly uncle to all of the cats. Skimbleshanks attends the trains he rides, and makes sure every detail is perfect. He requires discipline when he is aboard, so everyone must be quiet.
This yellow cat wears a brown vest when he introduces himself, before that, he doesn't wear it.
The cats build a simple train for him when he sings, he is very happy about that. The simple train is adorable and very creative.
He may be Scottish due to his Scottish accent which is pleasant to listen to. Skimbleshanks always has a cheerful face, he is lovable by all of the Jellicles.
