This is a poem which was on a Chinese newspaper, and I think it's quite interesting, I have translated it, maybe my translation is not that kind of funny you may think, but I have done my best, enjoy it.
Cat-being
by~ CHEN KUO WEI
My cat walks around the room every day,
jumps from the desk to the bottom of the bed,
and from the chair to the window sill,
sitting on the window,
watching people.

My friend walks around the room every day,
wanders from the door to the bathroom,
and from the desk to the wardrobe,
sitting on the bed,
watching landscape.

I tell my cat that you must accept your fate,
one cat can't do many things in her life,
she looks gloomy,
and often squats under the table lamp meditating,
then falling to sleep.

I tell my friend that you must accept your fate,
one man can do many things in his life actually,
he looks very happy,
and often rides his motorbike going around,
then falling to sleep with a girl.
¡@
My cat is squatting on my computer desk now,
just like my friend is waiting for the dawn beside the window sill,
I am confused gradually,
is my cat who needs a life?
or my friend?
